The name “Miraos” is derived from a Javanese word which means “delicious”. The catering business was founded by Mrs. Ike Tanubagja in 1997. In the beginning, the owner only accepted orders for homemade grilled chicken. As the business grows, signature dishes are introduced, such as the famous “Nasi Hijau Gepuk” (green rice with shredded beef). Now, Pondok Miraos Catering is capable of accepting large order quantity, up to 2000 boxes.
